In these finds will integrate every day life into my motto of "Just doing it." Day by day everyone makes choices. Sometimes the choices are welcome and some are not, but how we make those choices demonstrate who we are.

Life is fragile. Small things are important. Today my mom had to have a heart cath. Findings were okay for now but not promising for the future. I realized that it is important to value those you love and appreciate everything about them because life is very fragile. Live for the moment because once a moment is gone it is gone forever.
